Structural repairs in the basement floor include new concrete and steel components. Renovations include repair to cement stucco, basement window infill, replacement of pilaster capitals, repair and replacement of wood architrave, and repainting. Electrical modifications shall include work to the electrical service, outlets and lighting circuits. Questions must be received by 06/20/2024. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 25, 2024 Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the instructions to Bidders.
