A. The Work under the Contract consists of in general but not limited to 1. The Project consists of a. Remove and disposal of Aluminum Patio Doors (140 total) and associated trim, blocking and finishes, as specified in the construction documents. b. Furnish and install new thermally broken aluminum doors (140 total) with associated trim, blocking and finishes as specified in the construction documents. c. Protection: Protection of existing building and landscape components. 2. All work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 3. All existing materials and debris shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with all applicable State, Federal and Local Codes and Regulations. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 01/03/2025 at 2:00PM EST for general bids. The Project consists of but not limited to Remove and replace (136) Sliding Doors and (4) Swinging Doors at Balconies and associated work. Door Replacement at Margolis .
