Stormwater Maintenance Repairs Contract The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The purpose of this contract is for the maintenance and repair of minor drainage features throughout the City of Winston Salem. This is an "on-call" type contract, but the City's expectation is that the Contractor will be working almost every day, weather permitting. The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 6% MBE and 4% WBE and must be met separately Technical questions concerning this bid should be submitted electronically to Catherine Knisley at catherinek@cityofws.org. End of Question period is 5:00 PM, January 7, 2025. The purpose of this conference is to summarize the scope of work involved and to explain the City's Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) goals and program related to this project. Staff will be present to answer questions. The City will not consider bids from companies who do not have a representative present at the pre-bid and/or who fails to record their attendance on the sign-in sheet Interested bidders are required to reach out directly to the Owner to obtain a set of the bidding documents.
