New Cumberland Maintenance Facility at Milepost 243.80 EB in York County This project provides for the replacement of the New Cumberland Maintenance Facility complex on the current Maintenance site and adjacent wooded area to the East. The site is on the Eastbound side of the Turnpike (I-76) at Milepost 243.80, and North of Marsh Run Road.
