The City of Portland, Texas ("City") hereby issues this Request for Proposal ("RFP"). The City is seeking Proposals from firms interested and qualified to provide City-Wide Electrical Repairs & Installation Services on an as needed basis. The City intends to enter into a Service Agreement for these services. The City intends to award this contract for an initial twelve (12)-month period commencing on the issuance of a Notice to Proceed, with the option to administratively renew the contract for up to four (4) additional 12-month periods. Question Deadline 01/14/2025 at 3:00 PM CT Any prospective Proposer requiring further clarification should submit a Request for Clarification in writing in the form of questions or inquiries to the Purchasing Officer, John Elizondo, at john.elizondo@portlandtx.gov. Responses to Requests for Clarification Jan. 16, 2025 (by COB). Projected Date of Award of Contract (tentative date) Feb. 4, 2025 Anticipated Notice to Proceed (NTP) based on projected date of award Feb. 7, 2025 The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any non-material irregularities or informalities in any RFP, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items.
