Renovation of a municipal facility in Portland, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work Included: 1. Contractor shall comply with the following requirements concerning scope and work restrictions. B. Related Work: 1. Documents affecting work of this Section include, but are not necessarily limited to, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and Sections in Division 01 of these Specifications. 2. The work of other contracts is described in various contract documents prepared therefore, some of which are in the possession of the Owner and are available for inspection by interested parties. C. Specific Project Restrictions: 1. Contractor shall be advised that the facility will be operating during the duration of this project. 2. Contractor shall coordinate with the Owner any activities which will disrupt normal facilityoperations. 3. Before project completion and a certificate of occupancy is issued, Contractor shall provide fully established grass at locations including but not limited to all disturbed areas, under items that have been stored on site, construction trailers and storage units. 4. Contractor may begin construction on or about July 27, 2021 and shall be substantially complete on November 12, 2021.
