The City is seeking qualified professional services firms interested in providing preliminary engineering services for the Nicklaus lift station, force main and wastewater collection system upgrades. Any Requests for Clarification (questions & inquiries) concerning the RFQ must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Officer before 3:00 p.m. (CT) on September 30, 2024. Purchasing Officer: John Elizondo John.Elizondo@portlandtx.gov 361-777-4576 The sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) must be submitted as instructed in the RFQ and clearly marked on the outside "RFQ 5924 for Preliminary Engineering Services for Lift Station, Force Main and Wastewater Collection System Upgrades" along with the respondent's name and address. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
