The scope of work includes resurfacing of old parking lot with 2" of new asphalt and striping. All debris associated with the project must be removed from the property. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work. Payment will be made based on actual work completed. The contractor is responsible for inspecting the jobsite prior to submitting a bid. No change orders will be issued for differing site conditions. The successful bidder must have verifiable experience at construction of similar projects in accordance with these specifications. 10% retainage will be withheld from the total amount due until final acceptance of work is issued by superintendent. The expected start date for this project is the first week in February.
