Tuba City WWTP Sewer Pipe Bridge Rehabilitation Project Bids shall be provided to the attention of Andrea Hale, Contract Administrator, (928-729-6249,andreah@ntua.com). Questions regarding the Bid Documents are due to the Engineer(Acme Engineering, LLC) on January 10, 2025. GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION OF PROJECT: The project is located in Tuba City Arizona and includes the removal of an existing 144 ft steel sewer pipe bridge and 475 LF of 18-inch sanitary sewer line spanning the Moenkopi Wash and replacing it with a new steel bridge and ductile iron sewer line. Work will include steel fabrication, sanitary sewer line and manhole installation, asbestos remediation, painting, and other items to provide a complete and functional project as shown in the Bid Documents. Navajo Business Opportunity Act (5 N.N.C. 201 et seq.) and other applicable requirements. Suppliers, brokers, agents, subsidiaries, successors, and assigns shall be fully subject to the requirements and provisions of the Navajo Nation Business Opportunity Act. This project is wholly or partially funded by Indian Health Services and the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
