The Project consists of but is not limited to: Preventative maintenance on systems be for the assurance of chilled water production, distribution, air conditioning and heating for Bldg 168, including reporting issues and repairs needed. This will be for a 1-year contract with 3 options to renew. The Construction Workforce Utilization Goals are 15.3% minority workers and 6.9% women workers. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by January 3, 2024 at 10:00AM. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond that is five (5%) of the value of the total bid, made payable to the MASSACHUSETTS MILITARY DIVISION. A payment bond that is fifty (50%) of the value of the total bid will be required prior to work commencing. General bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) formerly known as SOMWBA.
