Renovation of a mixed-use development in Enid, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.

Provide bids for a 40 foot wide x 80.foot long x 14 foot eave height, rigid frame metal building to be located at the Garfield County Fairgrounds. 1 : Red Iron frame, engineering required, no frame reductions allowed. 26 gauge sheeting and trim, profile ridge cap, gutters and down spouts. Color to be determined. Two personnel doors, and one 20 ft wide x 14 ft high overhead, insulated roll up door complete with electric operator. 3 inch vinyl backed insulation. Building and concrete prints to have a State licensed engineer's stamp provided by successful bidder. 2: Engineered concrete footings, piers, and 6 inch slab, reinforced. Concrete slab to have overhead door tray to prevent water entry. 3: Two 4x4 ft pads for walk door entry on exterior, 1 - 4ft wide by 22 long exterior concrete ramp at overhead door, with 4 inch or greater pipe bollards protecting door. 4: Electric service 320 amps, basic electric wiring to include 16 LED high lights, 120v dual outlets every 10 feet on walls, power to overhead door operator, 6 exterior wall packs, and auxiliary 30 amp service plug(s).
