If you have any questions regarding the bid specifications or deadlines, etc,, contact Lorie Legere or Con Pekrul, Garfield, Questions concerning the administration of this bid should be directed to Garfield County Purchasing Department at 5806163228 4th Floor & Clock Tower Roof Removal and Replacement (Hail Damage) Tear off the PVC membrane and leave the tar layer o Re-roof 9,700 s/f with PVC Duro 60mil, (or equivalent) mechanically fastened per manufacturer's specs o 4,000 s/f parapet waIls o 9,700 s/f gyp board to help with small hail protection o 40 walk pads o 520'stack flashing o 14 curb flashing o 15 metal pitch pans o 12 drain sleeves o Includes clock tower roof & wrapping #7 ac unit metal duct work only o Does not include lower 2 north roofs o Upon completion, a certified inspector will examine the roof o Provide a 15-year NDL warranty by Duro-Last (or equivalent) for material and labor (CONSEQUENTIAL)
