The project consists of Removal and Reinstallation of Metal Building System Components; including disconnect and reconnect of existing utilities and other works indicated in the Contract Documents. The project consists of the following major work: 1. Removal and Reinstallation of Roof and Wall Metal Panels 2. Removal and Reinstallation of Sprayed on Insulation 3. Removal and Reinstallation of Electrical Components 4. Removal and Reinstallation of Doors and Windows 5. Removal and Reinstallation of Metal Building System Components 6. Texas Department of Insurance Certificate of Compliance (WPI-8 or WPI-8-E) The last day for questions, requests for information, interpretations, clarifications, or corrections shall be Monday, December 23, 2024, at 5:00 P.M., Local Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages, at a rate of $500.00 per calendar day beyond substantial completion date. The City of Combes has selected Hinojosa Engineering, Inc., to prepare the construction documents for this project. The Bidder's Name, License Number, Expiration Date thereof and License Classification which applies to Bid submitted must be placed on the sealed envelope containing the executed Bid Form; otherwise, the Bid will not be considered. All bids in excess of $25,000.00 are required to include bid security in the amount equal to 5% of each bid sum. Bid bonds shall be issued by a surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Tennessee and made payable to Lashlee-Rich, Inc. The surety must have an A.M. Best Rating of "A" or better.
