The limits of the project are W. 12th St. from Clay Ave. to Friendship Ave., W. 11th St. from Clay Ave. to Friendship Ave., Friendship Ave. from 11th St. to 13th St., Fortune Ave. from 13th St. to 11th St., Flower Ave. from W. 12th St. to 11th St., Fountain Ave. from W. 12th St. to 11th St., and Frankford Ave. from 13th St. to 11th St. This project is funded by FDEP-SRF, which has an American Iron and Steel requirement. The final date for questions to be submitted to the City of Panama City will be January 22, 2025, 5:00 PM CT. To the Enginer of Record through theCity of Panama City Purchasing Division, purchasing@panamacity.gov The Project shall be substantially complete within 300 days and fully complete within 330 days. Panama City reserves the right to accept any Bids deemed to be in the best interest of the City, to waive any minor irregularities, scrivener's errors, minor omissions, minor deviations, and/or technicalities in any Bids, or to reject any or all Bids and to re-advertise for new Bids, in accordance with the applicable sections of the Florida Statutes, the City Charter and City Code, and this Invitation to Bid (ITB). The responsibility for submitting a Bid before the stated time and date is solely and strictly that of the Responsive Bidder. The City is not responsible for any delayed, late, lost, misdelivered, or non-delivered Bids, no matter the cause. The City shall not be liable for any costs incurred by any bidder in connection with its response to this Invitation to Bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, to solicit and re-advertise for new Bid submittals or to abandon the project in its entirety.
