The Bay County Board of County Commissioners invites firms to submit statement of qualifications to provide professional engineering services to support the construction and installation of the directional drilling of a Subaqueous Water Main at Dupont Bridge. The intent of this solicitation is to acquire a team to provide professional services to include, but not limited to, surveying, design review based on their combined experience with directional drilling of subaqueous construction, involving process and equipment, and Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services. In accordance with section 2-113 of the Bay County Code, the County reserves the right to: a. reject any or all Submittals received; b. select and award any portion of any or all Submittal items; c. waive minor informalities and irregularities in the Respondent's Submittal. Question Deadline 01/10/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Respondents shall submit all questions, in writing, to the Purchasing Department at Purchasing@baycountyfl.gov or FAX to (850) 248-8276. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
