This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes that only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number FA462025RA905 FY26 CES Snow Removal shall be used to reference any written proposals provided under this RFP. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03; Effective 17 January 2025. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will utilize the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561790, Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings, with a size standard of $9,000,000 and PSC S218, Housekeeping - Snow Removal/Salt.
