However, the Town of Stantonsburg will follow a formal bidding standard regarding advertising, and the bidding process. The Town of Stantonsburg is requiring submissions to be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of at least 5% of the bid and must be in the form of cashier's check, certified check, or bond.
