The Town of Fort Mill, SC. is soliciting responses to a Request for Qualifications for professional services from a qualified firm for the creation of a parks and recreation master plan in Fort Mill. The Town will select one firm for the project. At the Town's discretion, the Town may approve or deny any subcontracted firms listed in the Statements of Qualifications, such as an engineering or marketing firm. The RFQ defines the proposed scope of services and basis for selecting the firm. The Town reserves the right to reject any offer for failure to comply with all requirements of this notice or any of the contract documents. The Town may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion. The Town reserves the right to reject all offers or award a contract that in its judgement is in the best interest of the Town. Please mark the envelope ''Statement of Qualifications for the Town of Fort Mill Parks and Recreation Master Plan RFQ 500-130.'' The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
