The undersigned Bidder, having familiarized himself/herself with the specification and the Bid documents as prepared by the City of Albany Department of Water & Water Supply, and on file in the Office of the Board of Contract and Supply of the City of Albany, New York, hereby proposes to provide the services and materials in accordance with the Bid Documents and Technical Specifications. All prices submitted as bids are to include the total cost to procure item. The price must include the cost of the item, freight and/or delivery of the item. Delivery may be made at the following locations and within the limits of the City of Albany, NY: 10 N. Enterprise Drive Albany, NY 12204 & 35 Erie Boulevard Albany, NY 12204 The contract will commence at the execution of a formal written contract and terminate December 31, 2025. A bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount may be required with each bid. If the bid specifies the submission of a list of prices, a bid bond or certified check in the amount of $5,000 may be required with each bid. The certified check or bid bond will be returned upon the awarding of the bid. The Albany Water Board reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part to one or more vendors to the lowest responsible bidder. The Albany Water Board further reserves the right to not make an award if it is in the Albany Water Board's best interest to do so.
