This contract has a delayed start. Within 20 calendar days of contract execution, Contractor shall show proof of order of the traffic signal poles, mast arms, luminaire arms, and anchor bolts. The Contractors working days shall begin 20 working days before the scheduled delivery date of all of the traffic signal poles, mast arms, luminaire arms, and anchor bolts, but not prior to July 14, 2025. The Contractor shall show proof of the scheduled delivery date within 10 calendar days of receiving the delivery date from the supplier. If the beginning of the Contractors working days falls on a holiday or weekend, then the working days shall begin on the following working day per the Caltrans 5-Day working day calendar. Contractor shall begin work within 15 calendar days after the date working days begin and shall diligently prosecute the same to completion by the time set forth in contract documents.
