Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Glenboro, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
* No bid amount to be released for publication. Work of this Contract comprises installation of a new generator, new well, new fire water service, fire pump house complete with cistern and fire pump, automatic sprinkler system, firestopping, and interior finishes as required at the Glenboro Personal Care Home also known as Provincial Fire and Life Safety Project - Glenboro Personal Care Home and Health Centre. Each bid shall be accompanied with security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the performance of the Contract including the requirements of GC 12.3 - Warranty. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price.
