**As of February 10, 2025, project was awarded to Elmira Structures but awarded amount is not available. The Village of South Corning will receive Bids for General Construction, for Office Renovations at the Village of South Corning. Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total gross sum bid in the form of a bid bond. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any and all Bids. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening.
