Site work and renovation of a civil project in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, and all other expenses connected thereto to perform Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition ('SCADA"") system installation services for a 12-month period at various wastewater treatment facilities for the Department of Environmental Services, City and County of Honolulu, Honolulu, Hawaii The services covered under this contract are to reduce the labor impact on in-house electronic technician staff. The City shall provide all SCADA materials and equipment needed by the Contractor to perform the services. The use of this contract is mandatory for SCADA system installation services needed by the Department of Environmental Services.
