The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, vehicles, and equipment necessary to evaluate, repair and test lawn and landscape irrigation systems at various DAGS State Office Building locations on Oahu. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, vehicles, and equipment necessary to evaluate, repair and test lawn and landscape irrigation systems at various DAGS State Office Building locations on Oahu. The State may task the contractor to perform discretionary work to other DAGS irrigation system(s) at other Oahu locations as Miscellaneous Work, in addition to the locations as noted below. At the date of the bidding, the overall irrigation systems are in varies states of operations. The contractor is required to evaluate a system as directed by the contracting officer and provide a written proposal stating the probable reason for malfunction, repair requirements, and provide a labor and materials, and performance schedule proposal to trouble shoot, repair, and adjust the irrigation system for continuous operation and in accordance with the best commercial practices. Watering days and times to be determined by the contracting officer or his designee a prior to completion of the repair. Upon approval of a proposal by the contracting officer, the contractor shall proceed ordering materials and commence with the work within 5 working days or as agreed upon by the contracting officer. Kalanimoku Building, 1151 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii. 4. No. 1 Capitol District Building, 250 South Hotel Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 5. Kekaunaoa Building, 465 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii. 6. Hale Auhau, 425 Queen Street, Honolulu, Hawaii. 7. Keelikolani Building, 830 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii. 8. State Capitol Building, 415 South Beretania Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 9. Washington Place - Museum, 320 South Beretania Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 10. Washington Place - Residence, 320 South Beretania Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 11. Parking Lot V - Vineyard, 301 South Vineyard Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 12.
