The City of Palmview Has Selected Hinojosa Engineering, Inc., to Prepare the Construction Documents for This Project. The Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals That Includes Construction Documents, Selection Criteria, Estimated Budget, Project Scope, Schedule, and Other Information. All Prospective Proposers Will Be Required to Provide a Certified Cashier's Check or Bid Bond of 5% as Part of the Contract's Bid Submittal Payable to the City of Palmview. Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the Contract Value Will Be Required Upon Issuance of a Contract. Any Proposal Received After the Proposal Date and Time Will Not Be Accepted, It Will Be Declined or Returned via Mail; No Facsimiles, Electronical Mail or Late Arrivals Will Be Accepted.
