The City is inviting proposals from qualified electrical service Contractors to provide electrical services and maintenance work at various City facilities and locations on an as-required basis. The intent is to award in whole to the highest ranked Bidder that meets the mandatory and technical requirements. The awarded Contractor shall be used for day-to-day repairs not to exceed a value of $5,000.00 (plus taxes). Awards issued against this document are not intended to cover substantial expenditures for repairs, replacements, and facility modifications or upgrades. The City reserves the right to have it competitively priced any work in excess of $5,000.00. Projects that exceed $25,000.00 will not be covered under this RFP and will be publicly advertised and open to all Bidders that possess the necessary qualifications and experience as specified in the Bid.
