Renovation of a municipal facility in Lake Village, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bid Security in the amount of 5% percent of the Base Proposal must accompany each proposal as described in the "Instructions to Bidders." The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or information in any bid, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of the County. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked. The construction must be completed within 120 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. The scope of this project includes the cleaning of all masonry surfaces on the north elevation of the building, the 100% repointing of indicated areas of the building and 25% of the remainder of north elevation, installation of sealants, application of masonry waterproofing on the roof side of the lower parapets, replacement of damaged brick and installation of collector heads and downspouts as shown. Refer to the drawings and this project manual for a complete description of the work. The Work consists of restoration/rehabilitation work at a historic building listed on the National Register of Historic Places as shown and described in the drawings and specifications.
