Scope of Work The project scope of work includes: The Citywide Park Upgrades FY 2023: H.E.B. Park project consists of the demolition and reconstruction of an existing parking lot and resurfacing of a second parking lot located across the street from the main lot. The main parking lot reconstruction will include site demolition, regrading, subgrade stabilization, new base and HMAC surface treatment, minor storm sewer improvements, new concrete driveways and parking spaces as well as concrete curb and gutter and sidewalks. Extension of light pole electrical conduits are also included in the scope. The relocation of existing light poles with be by separate contract.
