To perform landscape maintenance services for the following areas: Living History Park, Creighton Park, Sunset Cemetery, and Knox Ave. Bike Trail, including providing all necessary equipment, material and labor to perform landscape maintenance services Question Deadline 12/31/2024 at 4:00 PM ET All questions concerning this bid are due by December 31st, 2024 by 4:00 and will be accepted by e-mail only to mburr@northaugustsc.gov and cc rkibler@northaugusta.sc.gov . The completed Q & A will be posted online by January 3, 2025 by 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 21st, 2025 Anticipated Contract Award February 3rd, 2025 Notice To Proceed / Commencement of Work The Owner reserves the right to delete any item of work from the contract without penalty. Any additional work requested prior to a Special Event Rental that deviates from the scope of work shall be submitted by the Contractor and approved by the Owner prior to commencement of any work. Terms of Contract: Estimate start of contract February 3rd, 2025 The City of North Augusta will establish an initial contract of eleven months (11 months from date of contract) upon acceptance of proposals, with the option to renew said contract for one additional year for an additional 2 years. The contract will renew automatically on each anniversary date as long as both parties desire to maintain said contract. The City of North Augusta has the full right not to renew the contract in subsequent years after the initial one-year contract.
