The City of Tontitown is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural firms to provide professional design services for the new Tontitown Police Department facility. The purpose of this request is to identify and select a qualified architectural firm to work with the City of Tontitown to design a modern, efficient, and secure police department facility that meets the operational needs of the department while reflecting the values and priorities of the Tontitown community. Project Overview The new police department facility will serve as the operational hub for law enforcement services in Tontitown. The facility must accommodate administrative offices, secure temporary holding, evidence storage, training room, and other related spaces. The design should prioritize security, functionality, sustainability, and community engagement. All submitted materials will become the property of the City of Tontitown. Selection Process After reviewing the submitted Statements of Qualifications, the City will select a shortlist of firms to participate in a more detailed request for proposals (RFP) or interview process. The selection will be based on the firm's qualifications, relevant experience, team expertise, and demonstrated understanding of the project goals.
