US 412/Sunset Ave & Carley Rd Intersection Force Main Relocation For Furnishing All Tools, Materials, Labor, and Performing the Necessary Work Required to Construct the Us 412/sunset Ave & Carley Rd Intersection Force Main Relocation Along With All Other Items and Appurtenances as Indicated Within the Plans and Specifications. All Necessary Work, Materials and Every Item of Construction Shall Be in Accordance With the Plans and Specifications Approved by the Commission. the Work Generally Includes the Installation of 1,700 Linear Feet of 30-inch Pvc Sanitary Sewer Force Main, Bored Steel Encasement, Tapping Sleeves and Valves, Air Release Valve, and Site Restoration. For This Project, Material Will Be Furnished by the Commission as Noted in the Plans and Specifications. Said Plans and Specifications Are Available for Inspection at the Springdale Water Utilities, 526 Oak Avenue, Springdale, Arkansas. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by an Acceptable Statement of Bidder's Qualifications. The Requirements of the Bidder's Statement of Qualifications Will Be Furnished to Prospective Bidder With the Plans and Specifications. Bidding Security in the Form of a Bid Bond, Cash, a Cashier's Check, or Certified Check Payable to the Springdale Water and Sewer Commission, in an Amount Not Less Than Five (5) Percent of the Total Bid, Shall Be Furnished by Each Bidder. The Amount of Such Deposit Will Be Forfeited Immediately to the Owner as an Agreed Amount of Liquidated Damages if the Bidder to Whom the Contract is Awarded Failed to Enter Into Contract and Furnish Bond Within Ten (10) Days From and After the Date the Award is Made .
