Renovation of an educational facility in Texarkana, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Texarkana Arkansas School District is requesting proposals for a walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer at Kilpatrick Elementary. 1. Provide Labor, Equipment and Materials for the construction of a steel platform with a walk-in cooler and Freezer on the southside of the Kilpatrick school kitchen. Kilpatrick is located at 1002 East 35th street Texarkana, Arkansas 71854. 2. Design and Fabrication of a 24' x 21' steel platform with hand rails should be provided by bidder. 3. The platform should support an 8' xlO' walk-in cooler and an 8' x 10' walk-in freezer. 4. Installation of low temperature condenser 3.5 HP 208/230V 3ph with evaporator 10K BTU 208V lph for freezer. 5. Installation of medium temperature condenser 3/4 HP 208/230 lph with evaporator 115V lph for cooler. 6. Electrical required for the refrigeration equipment should be pulled from hallway panel. 7. Provide and install air curtains at cooler and freezer entry. 8. Provide and install 10 Quantum shelving kits. 9. Provide and install a remote monitoring system for each walk-in. 10. Start-up and commissioning of systems.
