Annual Statements of Qualifications and Performance Data - Engineers, Architects and Surveyors - January 2025 - 2026 The City of Texarkana, Arkansasencourages firms engaged in engineering, architectural and surveying services to submit astatement of qualifications. Thissolicitation is with respect to engineering, architectural, surveyingand construction monitoring services for the following: 1.Paving Design 2.Drainage Design 3.Water Mains 4.Sanitary Sewer Mains 5.Park Design 6.Boundary Surveys 7.Topographic Surveys and/orServices 8.Plats 9.Geotechnical Reports and Testing Services 10.Environmental Reports 11.Flood Plain Delineation & Modeling 12.Street Surveys If interested, you are requested to submit statements of qualifications and performance data. As aminimum this is to include: 1.Qualification of the principle engineer, architect and/or surveyor; 2.Firms ability to accomplish work in a timely manner; 3.Comparable projects completedwithin past five (5) years; 4.Staff qualifications and experience; 5.Organizational chart, and; 6.References and previous clients.
