Site work and new construction of a civil project in Guerneville, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work consists of removal of Owner's Main Lift diesel fuel tank and construction of a new aboveground diesel fuel tank located at 17490 Highway 116, Guerneville, California. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and disposal of the existing diesel underground storage tank and construction of an aboveground diesel storage tank. The Project also includes diesel piping improvements, monitoring system, electrical improvements, and general site improvements. Work shall be completed within 250 Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. Estimated Project Cost Range: $430,000 to $520,000. Owner specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price, or quality of the work. Owner may reject any and all Bids and waive any minor irregularities in the Bids. Owner will permit the successful bidder to substitute securities for any retention monies withheld to ensure performance of the contract, as set forth in Section 00 68 00 (Escrow Agreement for Security Deposits in Lieu of Retention) and incorporated herein in full by this reference, in accordance with section 22300 of the California Public Contract Code. Copies of the general prevailing rates of per diem wages for each craft, classification, or type of worker needed to execute the Contract, as determined by Director of the State of California Department of Industrial Relations, are on file at Owner's Office and are deemed included in the Bidding Documents. Upon request, Owner will make available copies to any interested party. Also, the successful Bidder shall post the applicable prevailing wage rates at the Site in addition to all other job site notices prescribed by regulations. A California "A" contractor's license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Electronic Bidding Documents are available upon registration through Owner's online bidding system. Bidders may obtain printed Bidding Documents from Owner upon registration as a planholder through Owner's office and payment of a non-refundable fee of $30 for each copy.
