Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Naperville is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply labor, equipment, supplies and material associated with the Fairway And Country Lakes Water Main Improvements. The work as shown on the Plans and as specified herein includes the construction of approximately 3,576 feet of water main and appurtenances. The project is located within existing easements at two (2) private apartment developments: Fifteen98 Apartments adjacent to Fairway Drive and Autumn Run Apartments adjacent to Country Lakes Drive. Items of work consist of the following: water main construction, installation of water services, installation of valve vaults, installation of fire hydrants, Class D Patching, curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the Plans
