Renovation of a residential development in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,245-square-foot residential development.
The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. The Fairmont, New Cumberland, PA a. The Work includes, but is not limited to demolition of existing PTAC units, selective demolition of existing through wall PTAC sleeves, preparation of masonry and drywall opening for new PTAC sleeve, installation of new PTAC sleeves, installation of new PTAC units, caulking, insulation and patching of existing disturbed interior and exterior finishes, all systems complete and ready for use. B. TYPE OF CONTRACT 1. Project will be constructed under Single Prime Contract, include the following a. Contract MC: Mechanical Construction Contract Fairmont PTAC Replacement project, New Cumberland, PA Location- 300 Ramsay Pl New Cumberland, PA 17070 Question Deadline 01/10/2025 at 12:00 PM ET During the bidding period, please submit all questions and substitution requests via the online. Do not call or email the architect or owner. Substitution requests will only be accepted during the bidding period, subject to the requirements outlined in the contract documents. The project is subject to Davis Bacon Wage Rates, EEO, and other HUD and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania payroll submittals are required. Bids may be subject to Bid Deductibles and Unit Prices. York Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formalities in the Bidding process. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of the proposal without the consent of York Housing Authority.
