Description

Renovation of a military facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Provide and install new 10' 0" Wide x 14' 8" High RYTEC PredaDoor NXT High-Speed Rolling Door to fit existing opening. Provide a complete and operable system to include but not limited to the following. o Power requirements 460V, 3-Phase (connect to existing safety switch) o Three phase variable speed AC drive motor with dynamic braking and absolute encoder with exterior motor cover o NEMA 4 rated controller with self-diagnostic capabilities with LCD display and programmable inputs and outputs to accommodate special control applications without additional electrical components o Install two new loop detector sets with exterior control station and a On/Off selector switch on interior control box to turn off exterior station o Install one Liftmaster LMSC1000 Long-Range Reader to operate with door controller o Limit switches to be adjustable without the use of tools from floor level at control panel o 71oz, 2-Ply Rylon panel material o Slant Hood Cover to fit new door with additional wind rib o Break away bottom bar to release in either direction without damaging door assemblies o Travel speed for opening at up to 50 inches per second
