This CSS is being issued as unrestricted with HUBZone price evaluation preference (IAW FAR 19.1307), to establish a firm-fixed-priced (FFP) purchase order for the replacement and upgrade of the oxygen monitoring and control systems on the two Nebraska 85.4 mm MTBU/LBS steam boilers within the central heating plant at DLA Distribution Susquehanna PA (DDSP). Any resulting award will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
