Contract GC: General Construction Contract Broad Park Manor Entry Paving Project Question Deadline 07/07/2025 at 12:00 PM ET please submit all questions and substitution requests via online portal The project is subject to Davis Bacon Wage Rates, EEO, and other HUD and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania payroll submittals are required. Bids may be subject to Bid Deductibles and Unit Prices. York Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formalities in the Bidding process. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of the proposal without the consent of York Housing Authority.
