construction of a rail trail over the existing railroad corridor and the restoration of the Oil Creek floodplain Estimated Contract Value: $2,300,000.00 Question Deadline 02/28/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Location : online portal. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to the York County Rail Trail Authority in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is two hundred ten (210) calendar days. The York County Rail Trail Authority reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
