The Denair Unified School District is seeking to install new foul ball netting at the varsity and junior varsity baseball fields. This project will be executed in two phases, with the option to complete both phases simultaneously: Phase 1 will extend approximately 230 feet along the right field of the varsity field. Phase 2 will cover approximately 240 feet along the left field of the junior varsity field. Both installations will be situated along the western edge of the District's property line, with netting installed at a height of 16 to 20 feet. The footage is approximate, and final measurements will need to be conducted prior to installation. Additionally, the project will include the provision of architectural plans and engineering drawings for DSA (Division of the State Architect) submittal, which ensures that the project complies with state regulations and safety standards for school facilities. The target date for installation is Spring 2025. Each bid must be on the District's Bid Form and accompanied by bid security, a List of Proposed Subcontractors, a Non-Collusion Declaration, Site Visit Certification, and other forms furnished with the Contract Documents.
