This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Catoosa, Oklahoma. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

You are invited to bid on a general contract. The Contract provides for the furnishing, delivery, unloading,distribution and stockpiling of rail material. Work includes furnishing all equipment, labor, freight, handling,supervision and other services listed in securing the materials to the delivery site. Installation of the materials is not a part of this solicitation. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bidder is responsible for scheduling any site visit with the Owner. Bids will be received on lump sum basis.Bidders shall be qualified to do business and licensed in accordance with all applicable laws of the state andlocal governments where the Project is located. Bids received from Bidders who are not recorded by Owner as having received the Bid Documents will not be opened. Prequalification of Bidders will not be required. Bid security in the form of a certified or bank cashier's check or a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of total Bidprice shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive irregularities therein, and all Bidders shallagree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of the Owner for any damage or claim brought by any Bidder because of such rejections, nor shall the Bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the Ownerbecause of such rejections.
