Clay County Medical Center is hereby issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Management at Risk services for the Expansion of the Riley Family Physicians clinic. The existing clinic, located at 701 Schurle Way, Riley, Kansas, will be expanded an additional 1,705 square feet to add six new exam rooms, a mental health treatment room and other support spaces. Some renovation of the existing building will also be done to expand the waiting room and nurse station. The project will be of conventional wood framed construction, matching the existing. Site improvements will include expansion of the parking areas to the south and west. Strategic project phasing will be required to allow continued operation of the clinic throughout construction. In response to this RFQ, proposers must submit the following to the Clay County Medical Center Board of Trustees: 1) A Qualifications Statement that includes relevant project experience 2) Prior Construction Manager at Risk experience 3) References from design professionals and owners 4) A description of the proposer's project management approach 5) Proposer's financial statement and capacity to obtain bonding for the contract price For questions regarding this RFQ, please contact Austin M.
