The City of Oregon is requesting Letters of Interest (LoI) from Consultants for Right of Way Acquisition Services for the local-let Corduroy Road Bridge Replacement Project (PID 119725). The project consists of the replacement of an existing bridge structure on Corduroy Road over Otter Creek that is located between N Yarrow Street and Torch Street. The new structure will be a 28-ft span pre-cast reinforced concrete three-sided flat top culvert on pile supported footings with reinforced concrete wingwalls. The project will require R/W acquisition in the form of temporary and/or permanent takes from three property owners, one of which is the City of Toledo Water Treatment Plant. All work under the agreement will conform to the applicable provisions of the ODOT Right of Way appraisal and acquisition policies. Prequalification requirements for this agreement are listed below. For all prequalification categories other than FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM EVALUATION the requirement may be met by the prime consultant or a subconsultant. Estimated Date of Authorization It is anticipated that the selected Consultant will be authorized to proceed by March 2025 Completion Schedule The Right of Way Acquisition work must be completed within seven (7) months from the date of authorization.
