Sealed bids are sought and requested for one-time supply and delivery of smoke alarms. The bid will be for both wire-in/battery backup and battery powered smoke alarms. The specifications for each specific unit can be found in the forms for general bid. Bids must be made in accordance with the forms for General Bid, prepared by and obtained from the Lawrence Housing Authority. The Lawrence Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and/ or informalities and to disregard all non-responsive bids and non responsible bidders. The Lawrence Housing Authority will accept the bid it deems to be in their best interests from the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
