The Project consists of: Without limiting the generality thereof, furnishing all labor and material for the replacement of the Elevator & Fire Alarm Systems as shown on the Drawings and Project Manual. The work is estimated to cost $2,200,000 Elevator and Fire Alarm System Replacement - Sub Bid General Bids Will Be Received Until 2:00 Pm, Thursday, January 23, 2025 and Publicly Opened Online, Forthwith. General Bidders Must Agree to Contract With Minority and Women Busi- Ness Enterprises as Certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (Sdo), Former- Ly Known as Somwba. The Combined Participation Goal Reserved for Such Enterprises Shall Not Be Less Than 10.4% of the Final Contract Price. The Project Consists of: Without Limiting the Generality Thereof, Furnishing All Labor and Material for the Replacement of the Elevator & Fire Alarm Sys- Tems as Shown on the Drawings and Project Manual. The Work is Estimated to Cost $2,200,000 Bids Are Subject to Federal Davis Bacon Wage Rates. General Bidders Must Be Certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Mainte- Nance (Dcamm) in the Category of Electrical. The Work to Be Performed Under This Contract is Subject to the Require- Ments of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (12 U.s.c. 1701u). As Well as Additional Hud Forms, Chapter 14, Equal Em- Ployment Requirements, All Information is Provided in the Project Manual. Filed Sub-bids and General Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Deposit That is Not Less Than Five (5%) of the Greatest Possible Bid Amount (Consid- Ering All Alternates) and Made Payable to the Lawrence Housing Authority.
