Renovation of a municipal facility in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of re-roofing with a fluid applied roofing system over heavily patched and repaired section for the roofs. There are minor renovations associated with a keyless entry scope of work. Masonry repairs are included around the perimeter façade. Work includes interior demolition associated with work below the roof where repairs are need above and below. There are renovations to the lobby to provide additional security to the waiting area once people have been credentialed int the building. Trades included but not limited to: Selective Demolition, Asbestos Abatement, Concrete Reinforcing, CIP, Masonry, Steel Decking, Metal Fabrications, Metal Ladders, Cold & Hot Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing, Thermal Insulation, Joint Sealants, D/F/H, Glazing, Plaster Patching, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications & Fire Detection & Alarm.
