Renovation of a parking garage in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of addition of a new silencer to the existing HRV on the roof of the Transit Maintenance Building. The silencer will come in a number of banks that will be assembled on the roof and attached to the unit. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Structural framing and roofing work for new sleepers to support the silencer. (b) Supply and installation of a silencer for the existing HRV. The Contractor shall achieve Total Performance by August 15, 2025. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award is subject to final approval
