The City of Conroe is seeking quotes for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roll-up doors across various City facilities, including seven fire stations. The primary goals are to restore door functionality, ensure safety, and extend the lifespan of the doors with minimal disruption to City operations. This scope also includes quarterly preventive maintenance for roll-up doors at all fire stations. The term of the contract shall be for one (1) year with three (3) one year renewal options with no change in price. Any price increase requests will be at the sole discretion of the City of Conroe. All questions shall be asked through Vendor Registry. Should a Bidder discover a discrepancy or an omission in the plans or specifications, he should at once notify the Purchasing Department so that an addendum can be issued. No explanation or interpretation other than an addendum issued by the City will be considered official or binding. The City reserves the right to award parts of bids, reject any or all bids and to waive technical irregularities in the bids. The award will be made to the bidder who provides the goods and services at the best value for the City
