Electrical Contractor Services We are looking for a qualified bidder with professional personnel who successfully and competently provided commercial on-call electrical services. All services shall be provided in accordance with the industry's highest standards, skill, workmanship, applicable trade practices, warranties, and conformance to all applicable laws, codes, and regulations. The bidder shall: o Be able to provide labor and materials for interior and exterior electrical projects and repairs. o Respond within 72 hours for routine electrical work. o Respond to electrical emergencies within four (4) hours. o All work must be performed in accordance with the Tennessee Building Code and National Electrical Code. o Submit plans and pull permits as required. o Cleanup after repairs. o Protection of private and public property. o High-reach vehicle needed for lighting repairs. o Provide standard proof of work documentation following the completion of work. The document must include sufficient information to identify the facility where the work was performed, equipment, and/or components on which the work was performed, the purpose of work, date and time of the work, parts used, types of refrigerants, and the name/cert. # of technicians executing the work. This should be submitted within 5 business days of the work being performed. o Must be able to work on mobile structures. o Provide 24-hour emergency service as needed in all aspects of electrical emergency repairs for the City of Spring Hill Facilities. Emergency hours shall be Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 am. and 24 hours each day on weekends and holidays. The company shall provide emergency response on-site within four (4) hours of notification but must also provide a call-back to City staff within 30 minutes to discuss the issue and response plan. Failure to meet these requirements can result in the termination of the agreement. o Provide a staffing level that will provide the desired level of customer service, support, electrical maintenance and repairs. o Use technicians sufficiently trained and under the direction of a licensed electrician holding a Tennessee license. No inquiry received within seven (7) days of the date fixed for the submission and opening of Proposals will be given consideration. Explanations desired by a prospective Proposals shall be requested of the City in writing, and if explanations are necessary, a reply shall be made in the form of an Addendum, a copy of which will be forwarded to each Proposals. Every request for such explanation shall be in writing (email) addressed to April Goad, Recorder at agoad@springhilltn.org.
